Welcome to Vocalo. By downloading, installing, or using the Vocalo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Vocalo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App content

2. Accounts

You may use the App anonymously or create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Vocalo offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions ("Vocalo Pro"). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, are displayed before purchase.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

4. Content

The App includes AI-generated language lessons, translations, and audio content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. The App is intended as a supplemental learning tool.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, audio, and software — are owned by Vocalo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
