How do I reset my progress?

Go to Settings in the app and select Reset Progress. Note that this action cannot be undone.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel your plan.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account in the app. Alternatively, email us at support@vocalo.xyz and we will process your request promptly.

I'm experiencing a bug. What should I do?

Please email us at support@vocalo.xyz with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are also very helpful.
